Danny began his CrossFit journey in 2013. His initial motivation stemmed from a continuous struggle with his own weight. However, soon after joining CrossFit he became enthralled by the sense of community and it propelled him into a constant pursuit to improve himself. His determination and dedication to becoming fit made Danny realize that he wanted others to experience this as well. Thusly, a new passion emerged- coaching; so in 2016, he pursued his CrossFit Level 1 Certification and began coaching shortly after. His favorite lift is the back squat and his favorite benchmark WOD is Grace.
