Give us a try with a free class!

CrossFit workouts can be scaled to any athletic ability.  If you're new to CrossFit, we encourage you to sign up for a Free Trial class to get the full experience. Please click here to book your spot or complete the form below. 

Once you join, new CrossFitters will begin in our Foundations Program. Your five private or semi-private Foundations classes are designed to teach you the basic movements and flow of CrossFit while providing extra attention to perfect your form. Those attending Foundations classes are welcome to attend Boot Camp and Yoga classes until they "graduate".
