If you are new to CrossFit, please book a No Sweat Intro to discuss your goals with one of our coaches.
Once you join, new CrossFitters will begin in our Foundations Program. Your three private or semi-private Foundations classes are designed to teach you the basic movements and flow of CrossFit while providing extra attention to perfect your form. Those attending Foundations classes are welcome to attend Yoga classes until they "graduate".
