We are pleased to announce that we have begun holding Kids classes! 

Classes run in 5 week cycles. Our next cycles are:
October 16 - November 15
November 20 - December 20
January 8 - February 7
Classes are held Monday and Wednesday at 4:15PM. 
Classes are 45 minutes long and limited to 6 children. The program is suitable for kids aged 5 - 12. Please inquire with us directly if you are interested in training for your Teen.

When will the classes be held?
Classes will be Monday & Wednesday from 4:15pm - 5:00pm. There will be no adult classes held during this time as the gym will be devoted to the children! The first cycle will run from 9/11 - 10/11 (10 classes total). 

Who will be leading the classes? 
The classes will be lead by Head Coach Anthony Musemici. Coach Anthony holds a CrossFit Kids Certification and has been working with young athletes for over a decade.
Are these classes right for my child? What are the expectations? 
Eating healthy and staying active are vital to a growing mind and body. Whether we like it or not, obesity is an epidemic in our country. By enrolling your child in a physical activity you are taking the first steps towards instilling healthy habits that can last a lifetime. CrossFit is functional fitness. Squatting is similar to sitting down in a chair. Lifting up a bag of groceries is a deadlift. Kids will eventually be faced with sports and weight training as they enter junior high or high school. Teaching them the basic positions and how exercise can be FUN is important even at the youngest ages! 
We expect your child to show up to all their registered classes. It's important for them and the other children to have consistency in their class. The learning curve is stronger when they are here two days a week, every week.
