Sign up for your classes in advance on Wodify! Why reserve in advance? 
  • You are guaranteed your space in class! We cap our classes at 12 so if you haven't reserved your spot, it may not be there for you when you arrive! If you arrive 5 minutes past the start of class, we may ask you to wait until the next class. 
  • It gets the coaches excited! We love seeing who is coming to class and it helps us to plan out any modifications for the workout that may be needed based on who, or how many people, are coming. 
  • If you are coming to the 6AM class you MUST sign up before 10PM the night before to prevent the class from being cancelled. 
 

All classes are one hour from start to finish including warm-up and cool-down.

Please come ready to work out when the class starts!  

Platforms & jerk blocks are reserved for athletes performing the
Bridge & Tunnel Barbell Club programming.
Coached Platform Hours are Monday and Wednesday 6:45PM - 8PM, Wednesday 12PM - 1:15PM and Saturday 1PM - 2:30PM  

Athletes may complete their barbell work during regularly scheduled class and open gym times,
being mindful that scheduled classes take priority for equipment and space.
