Shannon has been competing in sports her entire life. After that competitive chapter of her life closed she struggled to find something to fill its place.
In 2014 she became a 200 HR Certified Yoga Teacher. She loved the healthy lifestyle that came along with yoga and she wanted to share it with others. When she realized she was still missing the feeling of training and hard work that came with team sports she started to look from more options. In 2016 she finally found CrossFit. CrossFit had the intensity she was looking for and so much more. She knew she wanted to bring CrossFit and Yoga together and saw the benefits of combining both of these lifestyles.
Shannon loves the community that comes along with CrossFit and could spend hours talking to the members of the gym. She is passionate about goal setting and seeing fellow members CRUSH their goals!
