A New England native who began his CrossFit career 4 years ago in Boston. After experiencing the life-changing benefits of CrossFit for himself, he made it his mission to help others do the same. He is especially passionate about teaching CrossFitters how this lifestyle trains your body to work better and smarter both in and outside of the gym, and advocates the importance of hydration, sleep, and proper nutrition. His greatest achievements are hiking up Mt Washington and skiing down Tuckerman Ravine with 45 pounds in tow, his favorite benchmark WOD is J.T., and his favorite lift is the clean and jerk.
