Zack started his CrossFit adventure in March 2016. After doing the monotonous routine of back/bi’s and chest/tri’s often skipping leg day, he found himself bored and lacking motivation. It only took one class and the vision was clear. After seeing how CrossFit had affected his life and my mental toughness, he wanted to help others benefit the same way. The jump was a natural progression being a high school math teacher in the NYC DOE; In November 2016 he obtained his CrossFit Level 1 Certification. His favorite lift is the clean and his favorite benchmark WOD is Helen.
