The mission of CrossFit Bridge & Tunnel is to provide our community with quality programming and education in a facility where our athletes can strive for physical excellence and a healthy lifestyle.

Crossfit Bridge & Tunnel brings health and fitness to a growing neighborhood. Driven by the conviction that fitness and health are for everyone regardless of age or athletic background, the coaches at Bridge & Tunnel have created a space where all levels of athlete are welcome. Our athletes come from Bushwick, Ridgewood, Glendale, Floral Park and the Lower East Side to train with our Coaches!



CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at relatively high intensity.

CrossFit is a style of exercise that incorporates gymnastics, weight lifting, and cardio into a variety of workouts focused on high intensity and lots of fun. Each class is taught by an instructor who will make sure you know what you’re doing and that you’re doing it safely and effectively. You will work at your relative intensity level, with movements, repetitions, and weights scaled to match your current abilities while challenging you to improve each day. Not only will your body grow stronger and healthier, but your confidence and mental strength will grow as well. 

Whether you are new to exercise, returning to the gym after a long absence or injury, a weekend warrior, a competitor/serious athlete, or anything in between, this gym has a place for you and programming to help you meet your goals. CrossFit’s proven, data-driven, result-oriented system will keep you checking off accomplishments and coming back for more.


We love seeing that look on our members’ faces when they achieve things they once thought impossible: their first muscle up, handstand push up, Rx workout, 2k row, bodyweight front squat, etc. Anyone who is willing to walk through the doors, willing to learn, willing to try, and willing to be surprised with themselves is an athlete we want to call family.

Our nutritional philosophy will teach you to each good quality food with the nutrients to fuel your body to perform while enjoying life. Our programming won’t let you get stuck in a rut or bored with routine, and it will surprise you with how much you can achieve.
