About Ayleen

I’ve been doing CrossFit for over 8 years, and my athletic background began in track and field, where I competed for three years and served as team captain my senior year of high school. It was during that time that my coach introduced me and a group of top female athletes to CrossFit, and I instantly fell in love.

Weightlifting is what I love most about CrossFit. The progression, the grit it takes to get there, and watching the hard work finally pay off is unmatched. Seeing that progress show both physically and mentally is what keeps me passionate about coaching. That progress can be yours too.

I’m especially passionate about helping everyone especially women to realize just how strong they can be, and proving that strength is built not given. My favorite CrossFit lift is the snatch, because it demands power, precision, and confidence all at once.


CrossFit is an incredible sport because it truly is for everyone from kids just starting out to senior citizens looking to stay strong and healthy. I love coaching athletes of all levels and helping them move better, lift with confidence, and believe in their potential.


Outside the gym, I love food (fuel matters!)—and sushi is my favorite 🍣.
