GETTING STARTED
CrossFit workouts can be scaled to any athletic ability. If you're an experienced CrossFitter looking to transfer to our gym, please click here to book a drop-in. If you purchase a membership at the conclusion of your drop-in, we will apply the fee ($35) to your second month.
If you are new to CrossFit, please book a No Sweat Intro to discuss your goals with one of our coaches.
All new members begin with our 4-Session Assessment Program, regardless of experience level.
As a CrossFit gym, we take the time to evaluate how you move and train so we can establish a clear starting point. That allows us to coach with intention, track progress over time, and make sure you’re building strength and skill in a way that’s both effective and sustainable.
Those of you new to CrossFit will learn the foundational movements of CrossFit and find yourselves prepared for the flow of an average class.
Those of you with experience in Weightlifting and/or CrossFit will review the movements and be assessed to find your Level in each of 12 categories. These levels allow us to understand our strengths and weaknesses, and determines how you approach our daily workouts and individual skills sessions.
