Need A Break? 

All memberships auto-renew monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually based on your plan. 

If you are heading out of town for vacation, please email us or fill out the form below to request a hold for your membership. Our hold policy is as follows; 

• You may place your auto-renewing membership on hold once per year for up to 30 days for $30.

• All holds must be requested in writing a minimum of 14 days in advance.

• You may hold your membership a second time or for longer than 30 days for $25 (Plus tax) per month. This keeps your pricing intact.

• Your next invoice is charged upon a request for a hold of longer than 30 days or for any additional holds in a year.

Need To Cancel?

All memberships are non-refundable and require 30 days advance notice to cancel. Please fill out the form below if you need to terminate your membership. Your final month will be charged upon receipt of this request.
